At first, if you have any initial questions you can email me or message me. After which, we can agree on a time to schedule your FREE no-obligation clarity call by phone or by Zoom.
Your free initial consultation.
Your initial consultation lasts up to 60 minutes. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other better and for you to ask any further questions you might have. It is also a chance for me to understand you more, explore the issue you have been dealing with and identifying exactly what approaches would suit you best so we can move forward at the fastest rate, and in the most effective way to you.
Working together.
I offer Cognitive Hypnotherapy (Poole and Online). The most important aspect of our work together is YOU, and how I can guide you toward getting the solutions you desire. I work with you collaboratively, supporting you during and between sessions, with unlimited email support.
By tailoring our work to your individual needs, I help you to achieve your goal as quickly as possible, but, more importantly, achieve it permanently. I use a range of effective approaches to begin to free you from the issues you have been experiencing up until now.
Unlike traditional hypnotherapists, I do not rely on set scripts. Instead, I adapt my work to the way your mind works to provide you with an effective way to change your life in the most positive way. I will be teaching you practical techniques to use between sessions and provide you with bespoke recordings to listen to, because most therapy happens between sessions. We also measure your progress in each session so you can see your progression from one session to the next.
